Authors can either submit:
- Papers
- Research projects
Papers and research projects can be written in Portuguese, Spanish or English. An abstract in English is required in all cases and the slides to be used for presentation should also be in English.
Submissions should follow the instructions below and be submitted no later than 15 October 2025 31 October 2025.
Submission instructions for authors
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
To submit your paper or research project to the workshop please follow the steps below:
- Go to KONOPKA2026 MCT web page;
- Log in at the submission web page, and if you do not have a MCT account since earlier you will have to sign up for a new account;
- Once you have logged in, submit your paper or research project on the author console by clicking on “Create new submission“.
- Please ensure that author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements are not included in the submitted manuscript. Submissions that violate these guidelines may be desk-rejected without review.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance by 15 November 2025 21 November 2025.
The objective of the workshop is the discussion of working papers. Thus, the organization will not publish any paper.
